1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses
  • Select international destinations (please contact us to confirm availability)

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery location, and order size/weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly stated at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package through the carrier's website using this number.


6. International Shipping

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs authorities.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Report any visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.
